My reservation was a total mess from the start! Even though I booked for four people, they only had me down for two adults, causing a huge hassle at check-in. I had to argue with the staff to correct this mistake, and they still didn’t include my children for breakfast. To top it off, the room was not clean—there were trash cans filled with garbage and no towels provided.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Monterrey, An Ihg Hotel had excellent amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries, which fueled us for our active days. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
